This work analyzes the relationship between the budget executed by the Argentine national government on labor policies and the social indicators of unemployment, underemployment, and informality during the 2011-2015 and 2015-2019 government periods. The Open Budget database from the Ministry of Economy was used to filter the amounts invested with the function of promoting employment. To calculate labor rates, the results of the INDEC Permanent Household Survey (EPH) were considered. This article also describes in detail the methodology used for the study of large open government databases, the reproduction of public social indicators, the process of deflating values (necessary when comparing executed budget amounts in an inflationary context), and the estimation of missing data using numerical interpolation.

As part of the Software Engineering course, we created a web version of the card game "The Thing". Applying Scrum, we used FastAPI for the backend and PonyORM for data management. During the project, I worked as a backend developer and scrum master, facing various technical and collaboration challenges.
